Is this an affiliate program?

No. We sell each slot directly. You pay a flat monthly fee; we send you the clicks. No middleman, no commission cut.

Can multiple firms share a slot?

Each slot is single-occupancy by region. Grievance is exclusive per county. Realtor is exclusive per school district. Mortgage is exclusive site-wide. We will not undercut you with a competitor in the same slot.

How do you decide who gets the slot?

First-qualified, first-served. We verify license, check Better Business Bureau standing, and confirm the firm has been in business for three years or more.

What does the click data look like?

Monthly report: clicks, click-through rate by parcel, school district breakdown, and time-of-day. We do not share PII; we share aggregated traffic data.

What is the contract?

Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. First month is invoiced on activation; payment by ACH or check.

Can I sponsor multiple slots?

Yes — many grievance firms also have a mortgage arm. We discount 15% if you take two slots and 25% on three.
